The location offers easy access to the U2 tram into the city. I slept wonderfully in the good beds. A bakery is also nearby. The pretzels were delicious and there was a good selection of baked items.

The room was noisy. The balcony door did not fully shut. I found the room very cold upon arrival. A working door is really important.

Mixed experience. Issues with shower and cabinet space

hot water limited cabinet

I encountered a problem with the shower. There was no hot water, and it took far too long to resolve. additionally, the cabinet space in the room was quite limited. There was barely enough room for my clothes, as the cabinet was situated only behind the mirror. this lack of storage made it difficult to keep the room tidy.

friendly staff good selection outside noise missing refrigerator

The staff was friendly at the reception. the breakfast had a good selection of items. I found something i liked.

I found some noise at night. the noise came from outside, so it was hard to sleep well. the room lacked a refrigerator. I needed to keep some drinks cold.

great amenities and location

public transportation secure parking

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transportation options. the nearby u-bahn station offered quick access to the city center. the included underground garage provided secure parking directly under the hotel, though spaces were a bit tight.

the room did not have a telephone for contacting the reception. additionally, regulating the shower temperature was difficult. it was hard to set to cold, yet still felt very warm.
